Do we need to provide our own slides?
Yes — that’s the foundation of the service. We take what you have and modernise it. If you don’t have existing slides, we can build the SIC content from scratch as an add-on, scoped separately.

What languages do you support?

Do you provide the LMS, or do we use our own?

Is the completion certificate MOM-recognised?
The certificate is your company’s internal induction record — proof that the named worker completed your site-specific safety induction on a specific date. It is not a WSQ qualification (Sage Shield does not conduct WSQ-accredited courses). For MOM audits, this internal record is exactly what auditors expect to see for induction compliance under the WSH Act.
Can we update the content later?
Yes. When regulations change or your worksite operations evolve, we re-run the digitalisation service against your updated slides. Cost is significantly lower for updates than for the initial build.
