Mandatory climate reporting is here: all SGX-listed companies must disclose Scope 1 and 2 emissions from FY2025, and independent assurance follows in FY2029. We build your greenhouse gas inventory to ISO 14064-1 — the standard verifiers audit against — and manage it through independent ISO 14064-3 verification, so your numbers are assurance-proof from day one.

What we deliver

• GHG Inventory Build (Scope 1 & 2) — organisational and reporting boundaries, data collection templates for every department, quantification with recognised emission factors, and the full ISO 14064-1 inventory report.
• Verification support — we prepare the evidence trail, coordinate an accredited independent verification body, and manage findings through to the signed ISO 14064-3 verification opinion. (Verification is performed independently — never by us — so the opinion is credible.)
• SGX / ISSB climate disclosure drafting — the governance, strategy, risk and metrics sections of your climate report, built around the verified numbers.
• Annual refresh — emissions reporting is a yearly obligation; we re-run the inventory each financial year at a fraction of the first-year effort.
• Scope 3 screening — identify and estimate your material value-chain categories, ready for the supplier data requests coming from STI-listed customers from FY2026.

Our process

1. Week 1–2: boundary workshop, emission-source register, data-owner mapping
2. Week 3–6: data collection (12 months of records) and quantification
3. Week 7–9: ISO 14064-1 inventory report + internal verification dry-run
4. Week 10–14: independent ISO 14064-3 verification → signed opinion → disclosure-ready numbers

Government funding

SGX-listed companies and Singapore companies with revenue of at least S$100 million may be eligible for the Sustainability Reporting Grant — 30% of qualifying costs, capped at S$150,000 — for their first ISSB-aligned report, covering external consultancy and assurance costs. We advise on eligibility as part of scoping (approval rests with Enterprise Singapore / EDB and is never guaranteed).
