Workplace Health and Safety is investigating after a 63-year-old man was crushed to death in a work-related incident in South East Queensland early Saturday morning.
The man was working at the Cobalt Street business in Carole Park when he became trapped between machinery.
Police and emergency services were called to the scene shortly before 1.30am following reports of a workplace incident.
Queensland ambulance paramedics also attended the scene.
The man was declared dead at the scene.
